With the lack of travel over the last year or so, I have made a point in visiting as many Michelin Star restaurants as possible - currently yearly tally is 11.
This restaurant surprised me with its originality and unique blending of flavours/senses. To have been included in an all inclusive stay is just outstanding. It fits comfortably in with the other restaurants of note and is a must for anyone in the area, or even worthy of travel itself.
The Head Chef: Ignacio came out to speak to every table, and our waiter, Rudy was extremely attentive. I will definitely be coming again!
