To access the reception at this hotel, you take the elevator up to the 8th floor first. Check-in was friendly and efficient. This 8th floor area is also the location of the restaurant where breakfast was included, as well as the fitness room (essentially 2 or 3 cardio machines). The view from the breakfast area is very nice!

My room was very nice and modern, with a comfortable bed and bathroom. Room cards are needed to operate the elevator. The location was great, centrally located, being no more than a few blocks away from the Plaza de Armas, the Plaza Libertad and the Aduana Maritima.

I preferred the nearby Hotel Inglaterra as I appreciated the ambience there more (more Old World classy), but Hotel Mision Express was fine, especially if you're looking for a less expensive option.

Excellent, friendly staff. Nicely appointed room with a view on 7th floor. Room included table, chair, A/C, TV and reading lights! Good bathroom with immediate hot water. The WiFi was out during my visit, which disabled the room keys and is frustrating for a business traveler. Breakfast would have been good if it had been hot. The eggs were hot, nothing else was. However, the location is great, the staff was great, and the accommodations are nice. I would stay here again.

Note: The hotel entrance is a bit challenging to find. It is in the middle of the block a half block from the central commerical plaza. Parking is under the plaza.

The worst hotel, worst reception in Tampico.

always i should wait for the receptionist until they finish thier own work.

i couldn't use internet because the person in reception forgot to give me the ticket for wifi.

until the second day, they never gave the tickets for the breakfast even my reservation include breakfast.

and finally, i asked them about the breakfast ticket, and they talked about me behind me. with the word "Chino". how can use the word as super Racist to a customer.

리셈션 매우 불친절하고 매우 느립니다. 멕시코 및 중남미 국가 곳곳 호텔을 가봤는데, 손에 꼽히는 최악의 리셉션이었습니다.

대기자가 없는데도 리렙셔니스트가 attend 할 때까지 수 십분을 기다려야하고,
와이파이에 대한 안내나 조식에 대한 안내, 티켓 등 아무것도 제공하지 않습니다.
티켓에 대하여 전혀 모르고 있었고, 조식 후 무전취식으로 의심받을 때까지, 조식 티켓의 존재를 몰랐습니다.

조식 티켓에 대해서 클레임 했으나, 등뒤에서 자기들끼리 "중국인이 어쩌고 저쩌고"하면서 이야기 합니다.

최악의 리셉션입니다.
