El staff del hotel nos dio malísima información cuando sobre habitaciones dobles y tuvimos que pagar extra.
Staff was very rude had gave us wrong information about our reservation and we ended up paying more money. I could of paid a way better hotel with the amount that they charged us.

We were traveling thru Tampico with our family on our way to Belize. We stayed at this Hotel and had a great and enjoyable stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful. You do need a GPS to simplify getting there after dark.
My wife and i loved staying there!; it is a very unique and comfortable place for the economic price they charge! It's near everywhere in Tampico; the restaurant and it's food it's excellent. They got a nice pool, rooms and lobby. They have free wifi and a huge parking lot. We will defenitely stay there every time we visit Tampico.

great located hotel with yummy restaurant & breakfast included, the rooms were spacious with a view to the pool and balcony, felt like a princess, the bathrooms are exquisite... I'll come back...

it has an excelent location in Tampico; it's near the beach, infront of the airport, Ciudad Madero, Tampico's downton & altamira.., in it's prinpcial avenue.., the price it's very nice.., the rooms are very clean and nice though, nice pool, excelent food and service in general.., i would trully recommend you this place when you travel to Tampico.. i will always return back when travelling Tampico!
I was disappointed with the greeting when we walked into the hotel. the front desk seemed annoyed and less then pleased to find our reservation. there seemed to be a lack of experience there. the first room that we were sent to was filthy and was the very last room in the hotel on the top floor in the second building. the hallway was filled with dirt and the lights were broken and hallway walls were cracked. the second room we were sent to had a disgusting dirty stained rug on the floor. we called twice to request an iron and each time we were denied, eventhough it clearly stated in the room that if one should request one that the staff would be pleased to send one up. overall i was very disappoint in the cleaniness and attentivness of this establishment and would not stay there again. they should find a new manager and new cleaning service.
