I am interested only in cardio exercise machines.
The gym has a treadmill, elliptical and bicycle. The treadmill works, at least lights up.
I cannot use it due to my hip implant.
The elliptical and bicycle are both broken. They do not come up.
If you try to move the elliptical, it makes terrible noises. It has not been serviced in years.

Once the valet person opened the door. Helped with bags we entered a nice well lighted lobby. Our check in process was very simple. Front desk was so polite she answered every question we had I was in a group of three. The resturant staff was great! And Wifi worked great bed nice sheets clean rooms are very spacious.

I have gone to this hotel at least once a month for the last two years. I know most of the associates and they are very nice. The place just needs a remodel badly. The owner is not investing in this place.

I have been staying at this hotel every year for a week for the last 12 years. The customer service is always awesome. The rooms are always very clean, the beds are very comfortable, and they had some very good pillows. The breakfast in the mornings is great, the food is always very hot and very tasty. The restaurant workers are very customer service oriented. The front desk personnel is very friendly, helpful and attentive.
The shuttle service to the airport cannot be beat. The drivers are always ready to help and always ready to get you to and from the airport as needed.
The room attendants are very friendly and helpful too. Overall the service goes above and beyond what can be expected from a Hampton Hotel.
My one and only issue was the last night I stayed there the air-conditioning was not working properly. The room was extremely hot.
I do very highly recommend this hotel if you are ever in Tampico. It will be hard for you to find a better hotel.

This hotel will not be what you are used to. The A/C does not work properly. Expect noise and malfunction on every room. The people are not who they used to. Front desk is not helpful, they are all about the money, and the bathroom was moldy.
