Beautiful views right from the drop off area. Check in was quick and easy. The bag delivery took a while so we just sent back and got them ourselves. Marble. Textured concrete. Volcanic rocks. Lead you to your room. The room is large with a wall to wall sliding door to the patio. Clean. Fresh. Cool. Breezy. Beautiful view. The bed should really be facing the patio door! The fridge is stocked, no alcohol. The cleaning service is prompt and excellent. Gorgeous infinity pool. First-come first-serve seating around the pool. You can reserve the Cabanas. Only 2 shops on site. A few restaurants. They are extremely slow. My fries were cold. The sea bass, eaten twice, was extremely dry. They are quick to take from your table though, I had to start holding the items I wanted to keep. The tacos at Azul tacos half empty with dry fish. I think they only have one kitchen for all restaurants. Plenty of bars. The only bar you can get a coconut or pineapple drink in at the one at the pool. Breakfast buffet is great. I was pleasantly surprised to find mixed juices: kale juice, carrot pineapple juice, and beet juice daily!!! Other juice options too. Almond, rice, and soy milk available daily at breakfast! Fresh fruit! There is also an almond milk parfait. Fresh made tortillas, corn and flour. One of the restaurants on site offers fresh made smoothies and juices as well! It's downstairs between both pools. It offers lighter quick food. Sandwiches, salad, tacos and pizza, etc. Overall a great place. We were told that two days before we arrived John Travolta was there, if that helps you make your decision.

We are disappointed to hear a few of your dining experiences came up a little bit short of expectations and we want to apologize for that. Your love for the breakfast buffet which featured many vegan options including our unique juice bar is a much better reflection of the dining available on property. We are staying at the Casa Dorada timeshare villas which are attached to the Hilton Los Cabo's Beach & Golf Resort. My wife and I couldn't be happier with our stay here. The one bedroom villa that we have is fantastic with so much space, amenities and a balcony with the most beautiful view of the beach and surf that we don't want to leave in a couple of days. But as much as we love the room, hotel's beautiful grounds, the perfect weather...nothing compares to the people and service we have received from the Hilton staff. Our first and not only time visiting the Azul Bar was fantastic as we were treated by Alberto with a smile, wonderful drinks and a feeling of being part of the family.

Our week at the Hilton and Casa Dorada wouldn't be as memorable and perfect if it wasn't for management. Being that we stayed during the week when a big company group was attending for a corporate awards event, we were still treated as special guests even though the majority of the staff was catering to the special dinners and events that were going on. Various areas of the hotel and the ability to use them were altered due to the time schedules of these events. When discussing with management how this effected our stay slightly, Alfredo (I apologize for not knowing his last name), the hotel manager expressed his understanding and without hesitation took care of us in a way that was over and above what we could have ever imagined. His compassionate and professional attitude towards us as guests, among all of the others that were staying here, is something you don't see very often at a big hotel. It was so refreshing, and that same approach to the guests can be seen by all of the staff that work for Alfredo and general manager Marco Tabet. Thank you for a wonderful vacation and we can't wait to come back and visit all of you again.

Our expectations were exceeded. From the welcome margaritas to the pool side service (care to have your glasses cleaned?) and the food everything was wonderful. The hotel itself is just beautiful with stunning views of the Sea of Cortez. Rooms are lovely and all seem to have ocean views. It never seemed too crowded and we were always able to get whatever we wanted without a wait be it lounge chairs or tables at the restaurants. Food and service absolutely outstanding particularly at Vela and Madero the poolside taco bar. Would definitely come back and recommend to others.

Room Tip: Enroll in Hiltton Honors to choose your room and check in ahead of time,

We travel quite a bit and consider ourselves pretty picky but this property met so many of our requirements. The locations is convenient to Los Cabos as well as Cabo San Lucas. The property is stunning and extremely well maintained. The staff is more than accommodating. The restaurants, bars and breakfast buffet include perfectly prepared and presented food to satisfy any tastes. We were sharing 2 adjoining rooms and although the one downside was the inadequate LR area, I understand that we were in one of the rooms that hadn't been updated so I'm not sure that comment is relevant for the rest of the property. The pools, the atmosphere, a great fitness area and spa were all part of an excellent experience and we will consider returning again.

Room Tip: Most of the rooms have pool and ocean views. The higher up, the better the views.

We recently stayed at this resort for a company incentive trip, it was top notch. The staff was friendly and always went above and beyond to make our experience fantastic. All of the restaurants were great, the rooms seemed recently renovated and very clean. We enjoyed the pools and the employees working at the pool were always offering popsicles, books, to clean sun our glasses etc. Small details that really stood out and contributed to a great experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Los Cabos.
