Great Location, in the center of Morelia, very close to the Cathedral and you can walk to a lot of bars and restaurants. Very safe city. The Hotel Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good with a lot of choices.

My mom, sister and I have a 4 days stay at this hotel.
The hotel is in an excellent location, near to all points of interest in the downtown area. You can also take public transportation for the rest of the city.
The room and bathroom were clean and spacious. The housekeeper was very polite and helpful.
WI-FI works great!!

Loved:
+ Excellent location in heart of Morelia's central historic district, easy walking distance to all attractions, dining, shopping, and nightlife.
+ Hotel itself is a historic Spanish colonial building, which makes for some quaint and interesting rooms and beautiful lobby area, sitting areas with skylights, and breakfast patio.
+ Hot, strong shower. Very comfortable beds and pillows.
+ Delicious breakfast, with fresh juices and fruit, crisp coconut granola, an omelette and quesadilla grill, fresh homemade salsas, and at least 6 hot entrees that are all authentic comforting local food. This was a highlight for me every day! Breakfast runs until at least 11:00 am for late risers.

Some Downsides:
- Rooms on first floor tend to be more spacious and have higher ceilings than those on the second floor.
- Carpets need to be replaced; they feel a bit grimy. Otherwise the hotel is maintained quite well given the age of the building.

Room Tip: First floor rooms are largest and have highest ceilings

the hotel is in a very good location walkign distance to all the downtown area. Just steps away from restaurants, cathedral and points of interest. The resturant at the hotel is very good an dserves excelent drinks , fun to be there at night. The hotel rooms where not that impessive, there was some renovations taking place, our AC did not work and we asked them to fix it for the second night and still no good, the beds not that great... not a great night sleep . Internet and cable tv did not work that well on our second night stay.

Room Tip: ask for view of the ctahedral and King size bed not 2 doubles...

Hotel is located in the middle of Morelia's main square. The patio was lovely and breakfast was served daily. My only issue with the Hotel was the room. It had only one tiny window and felt claustrophobic at times. I guess at the end, it's a fair value for what you pay.
