Having not been to the Blue Bar in almost 8 years we were thrilled to go back and experience the same fantastic service, excellent food and breath taking views! 2 of us had the cornish beef burgers which were freshly made with lovely thick cut chips. One of the family is a coeliac vegetarian and they were catered for excellently and had the falafel burger. 1 person thoroughly enjoyed the fresh roast butternut squash salad and another the Fish Taco's which were once again very tasty! We can not falter the service and warm atmosphere and hope to be back soon!

We visited Blue Beach Bar this morning for breakfast after a walk along the costal path with our dog, it’s in the most stunning location, right on the beach & is doggy friendly which is a huge thumbs up for us! The breakfast was delicious & the staff were all really friendly, we’ll be back again for brunch before our holidays end.

I’m lucky to be local, and this is a great spot for a pint and a bar snack after an evening dog walk on the beach—very dog friendly. The service was cheerful and our food was excellent (the Dirty Chips with pulled pork were particularly good and very generous), but we had to wait over an hour for our food. To be fair, they did say there would be quite a wait as they were very busy and had a wedding reception on in their function room next door. We weren’t too bothered as we were happy to relax and watch the evening sun setting, with a stunning view and drinks. My favourite place to relax all year round!

Visited on our first day after a 7 hour gruelling drive to Cornwall. Made lunch just in time as they don’t serve all day. Food came quickly and was lovely. Staff friendly. Only complaint is people smoke outside but in the doorway and the smell wafts in or at you if you’re near a door. There wasn’t any signage discouraging this . I could tell those that were smokers were regulars so it’s likely staff didn’t want to upset regular custom. I’d still go again and recommend it to others. I’m Non meat eater and there were plenty of choices
