All new and repaired, from hurricane damage, everything is brand new. They remodeled the bathrooms and new fixtures, paint plus other upgrades. The lobby and reception areas are very attractive. Quiet pool area, and the beach is right there. In the center of town, just a short walk from restaurants, cantinas, nightclub, tiendas and aborrotes. A little pricy I believe I paid either $1000 or $950 pesos a night. I believe the rates change in the 'off season'. But a comparable accommodation in California would cost twice as much, I am certain. The is an adjacent restaurant, and other Ramon's across the calle.
