We were in an all-inclusive hotel where the food was .
We looked for a nearby restaurant and found La Bruha. In our 6-day stay, we went there twice.
The food is well-prepared, the cocktails are great. And the service is awesome. The octopus were not chewy, and all the other tapas and main course that we got were worth every dollar. Oh wait, did I mention that the service was awesome.
Hats off to the staff and the management. For once I wasn't asked ypon arrival if I'll pay in cash or card without a hello or welcome.

We ordered 3 different tapas and they were all amazing. The pudín de pan was a great closure to the meal. Service was excellent

I’ve been here in Punta Cana, El Cortecito for almost 3 months. I go out to eat EVERY DAY. I don’t spend money on golf or tennis. This restaurant is so consistently good in every respect. Not for people who want to eat on the run. This is for intelligent diners who know their food. Menu is full of variety. Good wine and drinks. Most people dress very well. Outside or inside. Very clean. Just go.

If you don’t like burgers or ribs, STAY AWAY!!!!
I gad a so called chicken breast with salad and a honey and mustard sauce…..
Chicken paper thin, dressing awful.
Our friend had a beef carpaccio, I wish I had taken a picture….the meat was loaded with cheese and oil on top of it and you couldn’t see or TASTE the meat (the cheese was actually bitter).
Do yourself a favour, and do not step into that place.
