Our family, of three generations, visited mid-March. EVERY DAY was a pleasure. The beach the food and the weather were ALL wonderful. Everyone spent their days in the pool with the alligator slides. Our room (2 bedrooms facing the marina and amphitheater giving us box seats for the evening entertainment). We were an easy walking distance from the pool, the Tulum buffet, the bar, the beach with lots of palapas, fantastic sand, beach restaurant, ice cream stand and Mayapan restaurant (the only ala restaurant included with our all-inclusive). We did not miss having more ala carte restaurants as every evening a different theme night featured food specialty and entertainment for all ages. A golf cart was available for a lift to the mall. In summary, our rooms were large, very clean (as was the entire resort), the beds comfortable, the beach was incredible as were the views, other guests were friendly (many return year after year), the staff was professional, friendly and made the effort to provide the best service. The food was FRESH, tasty and plentiful. The drinks were good too. Yes, some of the furniture was date BUT everything was shiny clean. They had many activities to keep us busy and entertained. OBTW – NOT one time we were any of us approached by a timeshare person. Take a chance…you’ll be glad you did.More
