Stayed here for 2 nights. Rooms were spacious, beds were a bit small for 2 people but was ok. The room itself was very warm and we took to opening the door to the balcony to try and cool it down before bed as we couldnt leave aircon on overnight as super loud. About 10-15 minutes walk into the centre of town, easy walk though. Laundry facilities downstairs were super handy.

Pretty much a central location you can walk easily into town
Rooms at the rear offer a nice view and were tidy and clean
Reception staff very helpful
Parking is at the rear and underground so no issues
Overall reasonably priced and value for money

We go to Canada fairly regularly and have stayed here whenever we come to Banff.
We have found that the Jr family suite is the best room, with plenty of space for all of our "stuff". Two queen beds, sofa and a little, sort of, kitchen area with mw and the best mini fridge we've ever had in a motel. We enjoy the pool 7 two hot tubs. It's only 3 blocks to downtown so we walk to dinner.

On an escorted tour of the Rockies I was very pleased to see the location of our first hotel in Banff. The front facade looked very cosy and inviting and I was even more pleased when I saw the view from our room with a mountain and fir trees. The room was spacious and had a small balcony. I made use of the swimming pool during our stay, it was lovely to float on my back looking at the snowy mountain outside. There is no food provision in the actual hotel but a small restaurant next door that does breakfast and evening meals. I didn’t use this, we bought our own breakfast from the large supermarket two blocks away and ate at different restaurants each night. The hotel is in an ideal position on the main street and is an easy walk to all the main attractions. I would certainly stay here again.

Booked after reading Tripadvisor reviews. Excellent decision. Great room with twin queen beds. Full size fridge, microwave, coffeemaker etc. Five minutes walk into downtown Banff. Plenty of eateries there, with, of course, higher than average prices. Stunning setting in the heart of the National Park. Well managed place.
