Please accept my apologies regarding the lighting in the room and having no power bar. We truly appreciate knowing about your experience so we can work to continually improve. We are working on a solution that will benefit all our guests. I know that does not change your experience, but rest assured we have heard your concerns and are doing our best to address them.
