This wine bar located in the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel is worth the visit! Even if you're not staying at the hotel! We were staying on Banff Avenue but the walk up to the Fairmont will be rewarded with a great wine list and delicious food! We shared 2 bottles of wine here - both unique and delicious. We also had the bread and butter, salt and pepper nuts, candied salmon and the chef's charcuterie board which consisted of 4 cheeses and 4 meats all from Canada as well as mustards, chutneys and pickled vegetables. It's a small space so a reservation is recommended but the food, wine, ambiance and view are well worth it!
