Six of us from Toronto went to Open Range for dinner first time after touring Banff. We don't want to miss the chance of trying out beef in Calgary. So we ordered the Wild Boar, Prime Rib and two orders of 24 oz Porterhouse. All of us agreed that beef is tasty and cooked as ordered. We then had cheese cake and chocolate cake to finish the night. I forgot to mention the bone marrow appertizer is amazing. Quality of dessert can be improved but wow the entrees are fabulous. Service is excellent. Price of wine is on the high side imo, compared to other eateries. Cost per person all in (18% gratuity included) about $70.
