Stopped by on a sunny weekday afternoon after a run to enjoy the patio and cold beer. Walked in and nobody was around. I went outside and stand there until someone could notice me. After a while, server came, when asked how she was doing, she replied "Are you eating?" Thanks for asking! She never came back to see how I was doing or if I needed anything. After a while, just decided that would be it as she was not coming back. I walked in inside to realize there was no staff again. Felt weird. After another ridiculous wait, I walk to the kitchen to realize server was there sitting and chatting with kitchen staff and ignoring the patio and the bar. Just felt like an episode of bar rescue tv show. Not the first time that gets poor service there. That's gonna be it for me.

We were wandering around the Eau Claire Market area and needed a quick bite to eat.
After wandering thru all the billiard tables we found ourselves out on the patio. The Wednesday special was 1/2 price wings and Rolling Rock draft beers. Sounded like the perfect combo for our needs. I especially liked the salt & pepper wings as I'm not into messy sauciness. With the special pricing it was a good value.

o.k., you don't go to a sports bar for fine dining, but you expect they are capable of marginally passable deep fried junk food. The chicken fingers here are so horrible that they're funny. After ordering the "Chicken Tenders", the hot mess that arrived resembled off-white mush soaked in warm oil until they looked like completely uniform shaped brown cat turds. Bad, really bad. Soggy, greasy over salted fries didn't help things.
On the up side, our server was great. As the only one working the patio area, she was swamped. But our glasses were never empty, and she always had a smile, even if sometimes it was a flustered one.

I meet up with my friends now and then since it's close to a few of us. The drinks are normal priced and quite tasty. I have ordered their wings on 2 different times, just to make sure the first time was not just a bad night.
Each time the wings were extremely over cooked and so dry (even with sauce) they seriously tasted like saw dust. I did let our server know the last time how bad they were. Their burgers are not bad, their fries are cooked to low a temp as they are very greasy.
Great DJ on Friday nights though!
