Alpine Lake is in a wonderful setting and the facilities are first class and well maintained. There are several different configurations of the rooms/cabins so they can accommodate many types of travelers. The grounds and facilities are very well manicured. Although they don’t have restaurant facilities they are close to Jasper with all it has to offer yet far enough away to avoid traffic and tourists.

We just came back from a 4 night stay in the brand new Whistler one-bedroom cabin. It was beyond lovely. Every convenience was provided for, with warm decor and really nice appointments. We used the sofa-bed for our 25 year old daughter and she liked it as well. The kitchen was beautiful; we ate breakfast there every day, prepared lunches for our days out, and enjoyed a dinner in one night. The grounds were very pretty. While we didn't have a river view (cabin 28), we enjoyed our deck and did take a nice hike along the beautiful river one afternoon. We visited Jasper Park Lodge one evening and found it crowded & "corporate" compared to our peaceful and serene surroundings. All in all, I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

On recommendation from a trip advisor member, we booked a 3 night stay in a king bedroom suite for 300.00/night. We were very pleased with our stay. It was very quiet, the room was quite large and the bathroom was very spacious. The unit was very clean, and I am hard to please when it comes to that. I believe It was an older unit but it was very well maintained. It is obvious that the owners take great pride in their property. If I had ANY criticism, it would be the bed was not that great and the linens seemed kind of old. Granted they do have newer, bigger units ( higher priced) and they may have better beds and bedding. To be honest I tried to book one of the newer cabins but they were full.
That being said, we loved staying there and would def stay there again. Also the price is extremely reasonable compared to other places. Location is ideal. Very close to Jasper Sky Tram. Convenient to town also.
Staff very knowledgable and helpful. Highly recommend staying at Alpine Village.

As a European, this place created the perfect mood for an amazing trip in Canada. So authentic , so beautiful and so peaceful . My only regret is that I didn’t manage to get a higher spec room for my stay though the heritage single cabins were just fine too.

we stayed in the heritage cabin with kitchen and fireplace- what a spot! your very own log cabin with firewood and all the things you need to cook a meal. BBQ's are also provided. we stayed 3 nights and used this as home base for all our Jasper sites- it was perfect. I highly recommend this spot and would stay here again, staff was real nice as well!
