Dear 553 dthompson,
Thanks for your lovely comments and for taking the time to write them.
I too am always amazed at how quiet all of our rooms are despite being in the heart of the downtown.
We look forward to welcoming you back again one day soon!
Ideally located on the west side of Robson st near to downtown . The hotel offers secured valet parking, restaurant and bar. Room service was quick and tasty. We found the rooms spacious and well decorated
Thank you for your thoughtful words and for taking the time to write them.
...and please come back again one day soon. We'd be delighted to welcome you!
The Listel is a nice size of hotel. That, paired with a friendly staff, eco-conscious practices and an artistic flair, makes it top the list of places I'd stay in downtown Vancouver. Plus, the location is fantastic, just steps away from the waterfront, Stanley park etc.
First of all, thank you for choosing to stay with us! We know there are many great hotel choices in Vancouver and we're always thrilled to welcome a guest for whom our "art-full" eco-friendly property fits the bill!
We hope we can welcome you back again soon!
This hotel is in a great location for downtown Vancouver as well as Stanley park. It has lovely local artwork in the lobby as well as in the rooms. We had delicious cooked breakfasts in the Forage restaurant which is attached to the hotel. These were included in our holiday deal but we would happily have paid to eat here. The staff were really friendly and the rooms clean and funky. we plan to stay here again next year.
Dear Jo C,
Thank you for your kind words and for taking the time to write them. We're so glad you enjoyed your stay and look forward to welcoming you back again next year!
We stayed three nights at the Listel and were completely happy with the hotel. Especially evening happy hour in the lobby were guests are invited to a wine tasting of local wines (gratis) and given the opportunity to mingle with other guests and hotel staff.
We're so glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay and - especially - that you liked sampling some BC wine at our nightly wine reception. We too love the opportunity to meet some of amazing guests!
Thank you for choosing to stay with us and I hope we can welcome you back again one day soon.
The rooms on the lane side of the hotel are very nice and comfortable. It's friendly and small, and there is free wine tasting every evening, which is a nice perk. The beds aren't overly comfortable, but they're fine. It's also nice to get the complimentary coffee delivery.
Dear Christine S,
Thank you for your comments about our guest rooms and services. Our wine hour and complimentary French press coffee service on our two Gallery Floors are two of my favourite amenities too!
I am sorry that you didn't find your bed comfortable though. We pride ourselves on providing the highest calibre of mattresses from Serta and they are quite new. Would you mind emailing me directly at firstname.lastname@example.org and telling me what room you were in (or just your last name? I would love to have an opportunity to review the bed with our executive housekeeper. Thank you for bringing it to our attention.
Thank you for staying with us and we'll look forward to seeing you again soon.
