Hello,

9 persons ; grand parent, parents and 4 children, can stay in 1 suite : 3 bedroom? Have 3 bedroom in 1 apartment/suite?
The hotel has information/provide about the city tour in there?
Will plan arrive on 21th June and spend for 4-5 days in Vancouver for vacation. Still looking for best place to sleep and enjoy the local attraction or best view.
Thanks.

Ang (Mr.)

Hello Mr. Ang,

Thank you for considering Lord Stanley Suites on the Park, unfortunately we don't have three bedroom suites. However if you would like to contact us directly: info@lordstanley.com we would be pleased to assist you with another option.

Thank you,

Have stayed at both Times Square Suites and Lord Stanley a few times now and the latter is clearly inferior. Sure, the location is great and the staff are very nice and helpful - but the actual product is simply not as good. The apartment was claustrophobically small - there wasn't enough space for 3 adults and a baby, despite the flat being advertised as suitable. A/C was hardly working and some amenities were either absent (cutlery) or non-functional (waste disposal). The breakfast wasn't great either.

Thank you for letting us know your thoughts on your stay with us. Our location is definitely a great starting point to any stay in our lovely city.
Our staff appreciate your kind words regarding the level of service you received while here.
Due to the configuration of the building some suites may feel a little cozier than others, all suites are about 500 square feet.
We have been and continue to upgrade many of our suites and look forward to sharing these updates with our valued guests this season and for next as well.
Perhaps the category selected didn't offer you a larger bedroom and having three adults and a baby would feel cozy for sure.
Our portable air conditioners and standing fans in each suite offer comfort on our hot summer days, perhaps your air conditioner wasn't left on for the duration of the day?
We're confused that you mention no cutlery? As all suites are equipped with a full kitchen, cooking utensils and cutlery.
We hope that when you brought the waste disposal issue to our attention that it was resolved quickly.
Our complimentary continental breakfast of fresh baked Belgian waffles with strawberry, blueberry toppings, bagels and cream cheese, two types of toast with peanut butter or jam, assorted muffins and Danishes, two types of cereal with milk, yogurt with granola topping as well as fresh fruit, tea, coffee, hot chocolate and fresh orange juice are quite popular with our guests, we're sorry you didn't enjoy this.
We strive to make our guests stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible and appreciate their feedback, as we appreciate yours.
We'll hope to see you on your next visit to Vancouver.

Thank you,
David A.- General Manager.

We stayed 2 nights at the Lord Stanley Suites and had a terrific time. The staff was extremely nice and gave us good recommendations for food and things to do. Hotel is walking distance from Stanley Park and English Bay. We loved the views of Coal Harbor from our room (see pics). Terrific place for a Vancouver visit. Only issue was you had to go through 2 gates for parking on location, but that was not really a big deal. We were able to walk everywhere and really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend Lord Stanley Suites.

The views offered from many of our suites are amazing as you found out first hand.
Our location is definitely a great starting point for any visit to our lovely city.
Our gated and secured parking are a valuable asset to our guests with vehicles, knowing that their vehicle is safely tucked away while with us. We're pleased that you were able to make good use of it.
We'll look forward to having you back on your next visit to Vancouver.

Grand parents , daughters (2) and grand children(5) we spent a couple of weeks in BC including a few days in Vancouver. We picked up The Lord Stanley Suite because of the location - definitely the best closed to Stanley Park-
and the apartment arrangement with cooking area. We liked the place but I would rather recommend it for couple with no young children as there was no play area and swimming pool always good to have to keep them busy!Overall a good price/benefits option and very well located.

Thank you for taking time to let us know your thoughts on your stay with us. Our location is definitely a great starting point for any stay in our lovely city.
Having a full kitchen is a great way to enjoy some home cooking while on vacation.
We are located a short walk away from a large playground in Stanley Park as well as 2nd Beach outdoor pool, though not attached to the property they are within a walkable distance.
We're pleased that you enjoyed your visit and look forward to having you back on your next visit to Vancouver.

Thank you,

Spent 3 nights here at the end of our trip to Canada . Accommodation is of a very good standard with stunning views across the marina and Stanley park. However we know it was only a 1 bedroom apartment with a sofa bed in the lounge what we weren’t prepared for was how small the apartment is and with 4 adults sharing space is a premium. Also with being on the 13th floor of a glass apartment block the rooms get very warm with only 1 small aircon unit I. The lounge. If there had only been 2 of us this would have been ideal and the staff our very helpful . The accommodation does have parking however they fail to mention until you arrive that this is at $20 a day

Thank you for taking time to let us know your thoughts on your stay with us. We're pleased that you enjoyed the fantastic views offered from your suite.
Our suites are 500 square feet which may feel a little cozy with four adults as you made mention.
As we're located off of Coal Harbour we usually receive a cooling breeze which along with our air conditioners usually helps to keep our suites comfortable, we're disappointed that your suite felt a little too warm.
We'll look forward to having you back on your next visit to Vancouver.

Thank you,
David A.-General Manager
