Price was under $100 & be aware that the rooms reflect the price - you get what you pay for. Reminded me of an old saying: "you can put lipstick on a pig, but it's still a pig"
Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Room Tip: ask to see room before accepting it.

This is not a five star hotel, here you can stay to a pacific stay in Victoria. It is located sufficiently near to the center and the harbour. In the reception we found some very kind guys. If you need only a place to sleep this could be your place.

The staff were all very nice and available, parking is free in the little lot beside the building or you can park in the under-level. This is right on the outskirt of downtown which was perfect for us on this trip. The room was definitely a bit run-down due to age, but ours was clean and quiet. The price was certainly good compared to other hotels for us booking through online at short notice!

under new Mangement. Stayed 2 nighs. Very poorly managed. rooms are run down and unclean. Beds need replacing. Located in a run down area of the city. Uncomfortable walking out in the evenings. Service staff are not friendly. All staff were Arabic and communicated in their language within themselves. It is uncomfortable for an outsider visiting Victoria B.C.

Room Tip: Please choose another facility.

The hotel was in a great location, a few blocks from Legislature buildings, the Fairmont Express, and Chinatown. The hotel offered free parking which was in a lot beside the building or an unsecured garage. The hotel itself was kinda chintzy, with the decor being a bit dreary and dated. The room came with a coffee maker, had a tv which had channels in English and French, and had a window to a balcony overlooking a wall. The deadbolt to our door was stuck and took a few slams to get it shut. Overall the location is great, the hotel amenities were ok, and the rooms were meh. Good for travels on a tight budget that want easy access to downtown.
