Posted negative review right after this. Management finally connected with me -- it took a long time but management said it was everything that could go wrong doing so -- and we had a lovely chat. Management listened, apologized and I believed what I heard so will give it another try next spring.

Two couples spent 2 nights in September, anticipating an outstanding experience. Check-in was very business-like, not particularly welcoming. Our 2 bedroom unit in the the Lodge was well-equipped but the living area is somewhat cramped for 4 adults. Overly large patio furniture makes sitting there a challenge. We ate in the Resort restaurant the first night where service was extremely slow. The large group in the private room next to our table seemed to receive much more attention! The food, when it finally arrived, was uninteresting. We opted to barbecue and eat in our unit the next night - a much better experience! We all enjoyed our golf game - the course was pristine and a challenge.

My daughter had her wedding reception here and every detail was attended to. Our personal rooms were well equipped with everything we needed or forgot to pack. Plus having multiple bedrooms for our other 2 children made them feel equally important. For the reception the food was so perfectly prepared you would never think that the chef had over 100 plates to slave over instead of just yours. The chicken was tender and the steak was incredible. Thinking of returning for a summer vacation.

From the front desk to the suite, our experience was wonderful. It was a romantic getaway for my husband and I on our 25th wedding anniversary. We got to relax, the suite was clean and luxurious. Having a kitchen was bonus. We got to make a nice meal and open a bottle of wine and relax in the nice jacuzzi tub. Got some hikes in right from the resort. They let us have a late checkout. Overall experience was amazing.

Room Tip: Get the suites with a kitchen. Well worth it.

Predator Ridge provides two fabulous golf courses which are well maintained and provide two different challenges. The Ridge course provides fantastic views of the lake and great holes through the rocky scenery. The Predator course is set up like an I land links and provides incredibly fast greens.
The practice facilities are brilliant and included in the green fee, as is the very nice buggies.
The Club house area allows amazing views of the course and beyond, a great place for a beer and meal, even though it is a little expensive.
The on-site Italian restaurant is more reasonably priced and provides very nice food, including take away options. The on-site shop is also quite expensive, but Vernon is only 10 minutes away in the car.
Our cabin was very nice indeed, with two large on-suite bedrooms and an amazing upper level living area with balcony over looking the Ridge course 17th hole and lake.
