I have stayed at this hotel many times including a few nights ago without problem. I believe I am a Platinum Elite Points Member because I generally like Best Western a lot. I reserved a room with my credit card and drove 1.5 hours to the hotel because I have to work in the area in the morning. I discovered that I forgot my wallet at home. The lady at the front desk acted like she had zero interest in helping me so I left. I could have had my wife call with additional credit card information or email pictures of my ID etc. I figured that they could at least see that I have stayed there several times and extend me a hand rather than send me back on a long dark drive.

My next call was to Quality Inn down the road. I told them the situation and Quality inn said “no problem just get your family member to send a picture of your ID and credit card.” I was sad to find out that Best Western would not even try to find me a similar solution. Next time I will choose alternatives including the other hotels on the same road. Thank you Quality Inn, you made my night!

We stayed at the Best Western for one night.
We were met by friendly staff – we stayed on the second floor in a room with two queen beds, mini fridge, microwave & desk. Room appeared to be well maintained & clean. Did not smell any other orders. Room was a little hot when we entered but was able to easily and quickly get it cooled off. (this room anyway) was the smallest room I think I have stayed in, in a Hotel – everything fit in pretty snug.
Bathroom looked to be clean – it did have a deeper tub than you normally see in Hotels. I know my wife likes to soak in a tub, so she had that option which she took advantage of.
Visited the pool & hot tub – plenty of towels and seem to have staff on rotation checking and restocking.
I’m not sure what the Wifi is normally like or it was an off night but trying to work while it connects and reconnects is infuriating.
Ventured to the breakfast – consisted of yogurts, bagels, eggs, sausage, cereal & pancakes

Great hotel!! It was nicer than I expected from Best Western. Great pool and hot tub. Very friendly and efficient staff. I’d recommend this place. We travelled with 2 parents, 2 kids, and one grandmother. We had a pullout couch which offered just enough extra space.
