Our stay was amazing. The hotel bar/resto/patio is awesome. We had drinks on the patio , and breakfast the next day. The hotel is fairly new so very nice and clean. We took a King size suite with river views, totally worth it. Next time we might upgrade to a balcany suite. Will definitely stay there again.More

They were very good about the Pandemic prevention.
The room was a king bed room. Comfy mattress.
Welcoming staff.
There was a problem with the bathroom Barn door as it was offset and thus the handle hit the door casing, pinched my finger when it closed. I mentioned it on the way out but not sure if it was corrected.
Parking was a little expensive for Fredericton and I had hoped for it to be thrown in since I am an Hhonors member but sigh...

Would return to this location, as the service is very good and the staff helpful. Nice location though they charge for parking, which we are not used to when staying at hotels. Nice modern clean rooms.
Our CleanStay program definitely ensures we are keeping our guests and staff safe. Being downtown in the center of it all - we do charge $12 for parking, it is however secured with commissionaires 24/7 and definitely worth it during our long winter months when you don't have to shovel snow the next morning. Went here to do a presentation, it directly connects to the convention center. The staff was really friendly, the restaurant The Pickle Jar is great. It's close to everything. I had 4 flight delays which the staff helped me handle as I was getting frazzled by that point. Everybody was incredibly helpful and friendly. The rooms are modern and very clean. It's in a good location.

I booked through an app to get the least expensive rate.
Nice new hotel tho, very pleased with the room and comfort of it. I had a nice view.
Not a fan of the fact guests have to pay for parking that really should be included.
I will stay here again given the opportunity as long as the rate doesn't get overboard.

The location and the covered parking are an asset for our guest especially in the winter. As with all areas downtown parking is not included.
