Absolutely perfect stay. Easy and flawless check in. Parking was easy too. Received a text message from concierge asking if everything was adequate and If there was anything we needed. Stayed here for a week during a visit to Fredericton and we're very happy we chose this hotel. It's in an ideal location to explore Fredericton on foot or by car (free parking included in a garage behind the hotel). Our room was spacious and very clean. Great sleep on the very comfortable bed (firm and supportive but not hard). Our room faced the river and Queen St. but it was very quiet and peaceful. Easy walking to so many different restaurants and the riverfront trail. Every single staff member we ran into was nicer than the last - all very helpful and charming. Jack and Tyler at the front desk were especially helpful and wonderful. Breakfast in the restaurant is included and each item we ordered was delicious. It's also open for lunch and dinner so if you don't feel like going out, you have that option as well. All in all a really great experience!

The rooms are new and quite spacious, the reiver-view is great. Very clean!
The barthroom is big and easy to access.
The bar has an awesome gin collection. Great locations right in the city center!

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Fredericton, whether for leisure or business. It is impeccably clean; the bed, pillows and linens are as comfortable as you can get, and every staff member I met was friendly, efficient and welcoming. We had the breakfast in their restaurant as well and it was first rate.

The Hilton is well located for downtown activities and paid parking in the adjacent garage was convenient . There is a dedicated check-in/unloading lane in front of the hotel.
Our room was a good size at about 390 square feet. We paid a little extra for a river view but it was only a partial view between buildings opposite. The bathroom was equipped with a walk-in shower and there were excellent bedside reading lamps..
The reception and dining room staff were cheerful and helpful. The food was not memorable.
The hotel was quiet; the price was rather high.

Inconvenient location, very poor lobby access, locked back doors, only well-hidden extra-cost Municipal parking available for the automotive traveler. Fine for the convention crowd but if you're passing through, there are better choices. Expensive.

Yes, the rates are much higher this time of the year; I'm sorry that we didn't meet your needs. We are located in the heart of downtown, parking is city owned and at a $13.00 per night. We also do lock the back door that is accessible through your guest keys, for guest safety/security, being in the Downtown core.
