Staff was very pleasant and hotel was clean. Would stay there in a pinch, but hotel is very dated and beds are not that great. Price was great as well and they even gave a discount if your visit was because of a doctor's appointment, they have a "hospital" rate.

I attended a convention there as a vendor. I was shocked to learn that there in this very sprawling hotel there is only one elevator which is located at one edge of the hotel. We walked from the lobby, down one long corridor to the room where the convention was held only to learn there was a full flight of stairs. We were then told the elevator could be reached by continuing to the far end of the hotel. Once there we had to go all the way back to the convention room where we found a set of short stairs to get into the actual space. As a person who recently had to use a wheelchair for a time, this is completely unacceptable. Two months ago I would not have been able to access this room. And having to walk that far to get to an elevator is ridiculous. I do not recommend this hotel if you have any mobility issues at all.

Hotel was nice, staff were friendly. Overall a really great stay. Hotel is a wee bit dated but still a great spot to stay. Pool and hot tub were great, open till 11. Was close to the highway and I also walked downtown everyday, about 45 min or so. Hotel restaurant was nice too. We opted for the "green" option since we were staying a few days which was to forgo room cleaning and receive a breakfast voucher but we never got it - no biggy. Great stay
