The hotel was very clean & the employees very friendly and helpful. The courtyard was beautiful, and such a unique fun experience. Some small complaints I have is that there were no full size towels in our room upon arrival, breakfast wasn’t very good (but it was very busy so that might be the cause) and the internet was very very slow. Overall I will definitely be returning, and recommending the Ramada to my friends.More

I originally had an issue with trying to change my booking the day before because we ended up having to take our dog. The guy @ the 1-800 # was rude and said it was locked in If not changed 24 hours before. Called the front desk and they were very helpful and accommodating.

Pool was gross both kids got a rash from it.. restaurant was to expensive for a family of 4. Pull out couch was sunk in and kids could not sleep in it too pricey for the quality and for having a group booking
Our flight was diverted from Toronto to Fredericton due to weather (yeah, know...that's quite a diversion). Westjet took care of us and put us up at the Ramada and I'm so glad they did. This place was awesome! Hot tub, pool, great food, courteous and super friendly staff. Makes me want to stay here next time I'm in the area. The steak and eggs at the restaurant in the back were amazing for the price. WELL DONE RAMADA! You've made a fan out of me.

Staff were extremely helpful but the room was freezing cold (57°F), online reservation didn't match the actual room, in room jacuzzi sounded like a skidoo when turned on.

Great spot, a little dated but super clean, unique and the kids loved the pool and courtyard and price was fair. We had a mix up with reservation but the front desk staff cleared it up swiftly with no problems and even upgraded our room for us. We would definitely stay again!
