Amazed by some of the reviews before me complaining about this and that. It is true that often the only people who will take the time to leave a review are the complainers and those who leave happy usually won't bother.

The rooms are very clean and well equipped with a tv, phone and high speed wifi. More than enough soap shampoo and towels as well. The bed was very comfortable and the ac unit was much quieter than many I've experienced. The bed was very comfortable and clean and the walls are quite thick meaning I didn't hear a peep all night from the other guests.

The location is one of the best in the city, just a five minute drive from downtown.

The manager is above and beyond what you normally get at the front desk. He is a journalist by trade who has managed hotels as far away as Hollywood. Super nice guy and very accommodating.

For the price this place is one of the best values around. Perfect spot to stop and rest your head on the way through Fredericton. Thanks again Norfolk.

We arrived at 9pm from Ontario. Although the person at the desk was very friendly, he kept going outside to deal with an issue someone else had with their smelly room. The room itself seemed clean but my husband, son and I all had black feet from the floors. The room is very outdated, the beds are very hard, the WiFi wouldn't connect and the a/c barely worked and was very loud. For $160 for 2 nights, it was definitely not worth it. On the plus side, housekeeping knocked down a bunch of spiders from our door cuz this place was crawling with massive ones.

We arrived at the hotel at 3:45 p.m. and were told that our rooms were not ready. We saw the maid jump in her car and take off so we new that they were not going to be ready anytime soon. We were told that she had to run an errand and would be back later. They offered to change our rooms to ones that were available (now it's 4 p.m.) but that we would have to pay the increased price. It wasn't much more but we were not impressed that we were charged more when they did not have our rooms available. Rooms are very old, smelly and not all that clean. Would not stay at this place again and would not recommend it.

Room Tip: Nothing good at this place

Very friendly attendant at the front. Motel was clean but the beds were super hard. Washroom and shower worked well and no complaints. Air conditioner waa rattling and so loud we had to shut it off. Floor was uneven so much so my father tripped. Good value.

It's a quiet little area and family owned. Nothing fancy and the owners were very helpful if we needed directions to the near by areas or has any questions. For the price that was offered and what we received it was pretty good. One thing it definitely does need improvement on is the TVs, it's fairly old.
