The room was nice, clean and quiet. Liked the fact that there was a microwave and a small fridge. They serve a continental breakfast each morning and they have a heated pool. The staff were accommodating and friendly.

Stayed here when a camping trip went south and found the prices very reasonable and the rooms immaculate if maybe slightly dated.

Nice and close to Fredricton. Would stay here again if in the neighborhood.

Room Tip: Front and back rooms can connect for multiple groups.

Ok, this is not five stare as in upscale Hyatt type. It is five star for a fairly inexpensive motel. When I checked in, the extremely pleasant desk clerk informed me that our room was upgraded to a suite "for more elbow room" for no extra charge. We are 3 adults and a mid size dog. This includes a full kitchen. I was so glad not to have to go out for another meal on the road, we had some supplies with us and heated up some soup for dinner. They gave us some coffee creamer for our coffee since we would be leaving before they set up coffee and tea in the morning. Restaurants are about 10 minutes away. Beautifully kept grounds and the suite was spotless. Crisp clean sheets and a comfortable bed made for a great sleep. We will be back.

Clean & relatively quiet (people next room had dogs). Last time we stayed there (4-5 years ago) there was a very nice restaurant. Not so this year. It's a pain to have to either return to the city or drive way out of town to eat. We will probably NOT stay here again if we have to travel for food. There are many other good choices in the area.

Fredericton NB is such a lovely place to hang your hat on the way to the East Coast. We drove 5 hours from Quebec on our second day of travel. Silverwood Inn & Suites has probably seen better days however it is clean with a "one bedroom apt" feel. You walk into a kitchen complete with regular size fridge, stove, sink, table and chairs and couch with tv. The bedroom with queen bed, tv and washroom with clean tub and shower are located behind the kitchen. Front desk staff is very friendly and helpful with any questions.
Complimentary wifi. Outdoor pool.
Conveniently located right off Hwy 2 Trans Canada Hwy.
Take time to visit downtown Fredericton which is about 10 min away. We had dinner at Isaac's which was wonderful! (see review)

Room Tip: Drive up to your room, park and unload. Very convenient!
