First impressions: It seemed as if they were living in 2021 with the covid protocols that were in place. You needed to register for the pool, ask for what you wanted for breakfast and they cleaned the rooms every 4 days (they blamed it on covid).
The highlight of the breakfast was the tea biscuits they were soft and yummy. The breakfast had a small amount of items, with only pancakes and hard boiled eggs being the main meals. There are no hot meats (bacon, sausage, etc).
The pool was nice and the waterslide was the highlight of the stay but the hottub was closed. When we asked how long the hottub had been closed for, they replied with "over 2 years". If not fixed soon, for God Sake, take it off the website as people like me may have booked here for that.
The beds were amazing and the comforters were big enough for 4 people. The bathroom was small and there wasn't enough room to move around in. Every member of staff was friendly and welcoming even giving us new keys to get back in our rooms after leaving items.More
