We went to celebrate an anniversary. I ordered the Chef's 3 course menu of the week with wine pairings. Excellent blending of flavours in the salad; equally tantalizing mixture of braised rabbit with a medley of beans and other local veggies.
I love that the driving force behind the creativity of the menu is to buy, cook and create from local produce and other local sources.
My partner enjoyed the salmon roulade on a bed of risotto with peas and lentils -two of our favourites. The salmon plate was an excellent presentation - colourful, delicious to look at, and the taste combination, once again, suburb. (Yes we do taste each other's food - as politely as possible).
My compliments to Chef and Sous Chef. Excellent dinner. Also high compliments to our servers who presented it all to us with style and class. Yes we will return.
