This hotel is in a very good location if you want to be in walking distance to the water and the falls. We had a room facing the falls and the view was worth the money. The rooms are a good size and we were disappointed that we did not have a safe in the room (you can use the safe at the check in counter but not to convenient). There was as outdoor and indoor pool but it closed way to early (9pm and 10pm). They should keep the pool open longer especially during the summer months. We will go back some day.

Room Tip: If you book on line and don't see the room available, call the hotel and ask.

We had a corner suite on the 16th floor with unbelievable views of the falls. The room was clean and the staff were at our disposal for the duration of the our stay. The hotel is linked with Casino Niagara, Water Park that I enjoyed more than the kids and great places to eat. We traveled up the road to Niagara on the Lake to see The Admirable Crichton at the Shaw Festaval where we found fantastic wine and food. All in all we had a good time. Membership has it's rewards. I'm a SPG member and I suggest becoming one before visiting.

We stayed here in the fall, rooms with a better view are slightly more expensive but so very worth it. Rooms with views of Niagra Falls and the fall colours are well worth booking with a absolutely fantastic outlook during the day and a stunning view at night when the Falls are lit. Hotel is very clean and staff are very efficient - with private parking and the shopping is an added bonus - you dont even have to leave the hotel. Great location. The ONLY downside was the food. We initially opted for the "a la carte menu" as they were giving a $15 discount per head and as we were a large party thought we would get a more expensive meal with the added bonus of a discount - unfortunately only one member of our party actually like anything on it. We finally opted for the main menu and although there was more choice were disappointed with the taste and quality - portions are of course HUGE which is normal in the US Breakfasts were good with plenty of options.

Room Tip: The higher the room the better the view

I stayed here for a business conference. I had to pay extra for a room with a view but that was worth it. The hotel has valet parking which I used.

The rooms were not particularly nice but were clean and functional. The business conference rooms were alright, but like many, there were no windows. I didn't get a chance to use the pool but apparently it is good. The hotel is centrally located, so it is easy to get to nearby activities.

We stayed in one of the premium rooms which had space for 2 doubles and a sofa (kids 10,8,6). i dont know if its worth it view wise paying for a higher room as even from the floor the pool was on the view was awesome. Kids loved the waterpark next door-i loved the hotels own outside pool which was not busy and had of course great views. We did pay extra for breakfast one morning but it was very expensive-good breakfast though.
