“Fantastic..Friendly!!!”
Reviewed 15 March 2012

Really enjoyed the cleaning staff that morning (march 9-10th)!! They were a great group of ladies and were very very friendly!! Whenever I left my room and they were in the hallway I was greeted with a big smile and a "good morning, how are you"? even if they saw us just passing through the hallway, it really made a difference...
Front desk staff were very friendly and nice...
We stayed on the 12th floor and had an incredible view of the falls and the street! We had breakfast in the dining room and was very impressed with the new look but was not so impressed with the service ( i think we were forgotten about) The food has changed as well, seems not to be as good as it used to be.. Nonetheless it was still pretty yummy!!

Room Tip: Rooms facing the Canadian Falls are nice as you get the best of both.. Falls and Clifton hill..

Let me try to focus on the hotel itself! The service was great and the room was lovely. I just came back from a one night stay with my sister-in-law and 2 neices. The room cost $400, which was pretty outrageous in my opinion. Here's what that included - this was a package:

Passes for 4 to the indoor waterpark neighbouring the Crown Plaza Hotel, which neighbours the Sheraton. You don't have to go outside to access it.

Obviously a busy time to go, so the busyness of the waterpark was predictable. It's a 24 hr pass. The 1st day, the smell of chlorine was pretty overwhelming and it was quite humid. The second day, things had improved on both accounts. Line ups for waterslides took about 10-15mins.

Passes for 4 to about 6 arcade activities - a 9 hole mini-golf, a laser-tag ride (about 3mins), bumper cars (about a 15 min wait), a 4D movie (15 mins) - 45 min wait, an MGM "experience" - 15 min walking tour through 4 rooms - basically an ad for MGM; the most worthwhile activity was a 1.5 hr show by a comedian/hypnotist named Danny Zzzzzzz.
It was family entertainment - mild and amusing.

The hotel package also included full price buffet ($35 pp) in the Fallsview Restaurant. If both adults bought dinner, the 2 kids would eat for half price. We took a pass on that but did the breakfast buffet which was $20 per adult and the kids ate free, so buffet breakfast for 4 came to around $45. That was a decent deal - food was good and staff was very friendly and patient. They did very well considering the quantity of people moving through there.

The hotel was clean, nice and all staff were great, right down to the valet people. (offered us bottles of water while we waited for our car to be brought around).

I personally wouldn't go this route again as it was pretty busy - had to wait for 2 or 3 elevators before getting on one as they were always packed. All things considered, the kids had fun but I find the Falls - Clifton Hill etc so overpriced that it's a turn off. Even burger and fries at a Kelseys' type restaurant will cost $15.00 min, Starbucks prices higher, etc...

Well what can I say, this was just fantastic. The falls, the view, the staff, the rooms, ten out of ten. We could not fault this hotel. Comfortable. clean. Its not quiet, but why would you want quiet when you are visiting Niagra Falls.

Room Tip: Every room is a good one that is facing the falls.

What a great hotel. The staff were great, friendly and so helpful. Our room was a falls view on the 12th floor. The view was spectacular and left us speechless when we looked out of the windows.

Room Tip: Get on the highest floor you can

We, along with my 18-month old son, stayed in a Superior Fallsview Room for one night. We bought a package that came with waterpark passes, and some discounted meals for restaurants in the area, along with admission passes for the attractions in the area.
The location is very good, as you're only a few steps from the falls, and right on Clifton Hill, the touristy area. The room itself was nice, and had a very nice view of the falls and the city. One weird thing that our room was missing was a bar fridge. I've never stayed in a room that didn't have one.
The one main complaint that we had was the elevator situation. Staying on the ninth floor, and having a stroller to push, we relied on the elevator. Which meant we waited an eternity to catch a ride on one, every time we went somewhere. When we were taking our luggage down to check out, it took us literally 35 minutes to wait for the elevator, take it up all the way to the 22nd floor, come back down and stop at almost every floor to let people on or off, get off at the walkway level, walk over to the next hotel (which is where the parking and waterpark are), take that elevator up to the parking garage, drop our luggage off, and take the elevator back down to the lobby of the other hotel (the Crowne Plaza). Completely ridiculous.
Other than that, the waterpark is excellent, the location is great, the front desk staff are horribly rude and not at all welcoming, all three times I dealt with one of them. Make with it what you will.

Room Tip: Our room with a connecting door was very loud with our neighbour's noise.
