We stayed on a Thursday to Friday before the Thanksgiving Weekend for the Shaw Festival. The Festival Theatre is right across the street. There are three large rooms. We stayed in a king suite. The decor is older style in dark maroon colours. The bathroom is small but fully equipped with a strong hot shower. There is a large gas fireplace and large windows. There is free parking in the back of the house. Breakfast was delicious and made to order. It is served in the large front dining room. Lovely getaway.

Room Tip: Shaw Suite has darker decor. King bed was quite comfortable. The room faces the front of the house. The room in the back has two beds.

This B & B is close to centre and withing walking distance, It is a very clean place. The neighbourhood is quiet too.

The breakfast was good, they also catered for my Gluten Free allergy.

The only snag for us was that we were put in a room which we loved, we unpacked and then hours later to be told that we were given the wrong room, the other room was not as nice, we were told that we would have to move, a bit inconveinient but I still would recommend this B & B

Very charming house is waiting for you with a nice welcome when you arrive.
Rooms are most than confortable with ultra clean bed rooms & bathroom.
Wifi is working easily. Parking car in the courtyard ....
Breakfast is starting a bit too late when you are with kids but we did not ask for an early one.
Large choice of meals serve into a wonderful dressing plates.
A place to be at Niagara on the lake

Ludwig Mies van der Rohe, one of the pioneers of modern architecture, said "God is in the Details" and that is very true here.

Front yard features a tranquil fountain and fish pond. The room decor is very tasteful with both modern and traditional touches. Loved the details...from the crystal ice bucket to the great use of color in all rooms, shower with a place to sit (inside it) excellent choices of magazines, books, games, comfortable furniture on the balcony/veranda.

Our King Room was the largest King room of any B and B I have stayed at. There was an overall feeling of spaciousness throughout the rooms, bathrooms and public areas. The balcony/veranda that guests can use is large enough that if all furniture was occupied that it would still feel comfortable and intimate enough.

Karen (our Hostess) was so pleasant to interact with and she presents an outstanding breakfast. We enjoyed stuffed french toast with fresh berries and mascarpone cheese on one day and a frittata with fresh herbs from her garden on our second day. Lean ham was also served as a side. Fresh pastries and homemade breads were outstanding.

Location is ideal for enjoying a play/musical at Shaw. Just walk across the street to the theater! We were here on Canada Day and also enjoyed watching the fireworks from the veranda.

The Wellington's location is perfect. Car parking is free. The accommodation is beautiful with very large rooms and bed. All the amenities you need and a lovely balcony to sit out on. The breakfast was excellent. The owners were very nice and friendly. I would highly recommend this B&B
