I used to like the half and half plate, which is 4 cabbage rolls and 5 pierogies, but, l no longer eat wheat so that's out for me, there's a nice sampler plate, but, I chose sauerkraut and sausage, the cabbage was more like Bigos, not plain but with meat and
the sausage was extremely good.

Friendly staff, great location, lots of parking and amenities for trade show or large meeting. Easy to find just north of Oshawa Airport on Stevenson Road, a 5 minute drive from the University and 15 minutes from downtown Oshawa. Clean facility - somewhat dated but very well maintained.

By the best cabbage rolls and perogies for take out on Sunday only. I think the ladies take turns making the food. I love the cabbage rolls with a little taste of celery. Always hot and delicious. Make great left over for work the next day. The shish kabobs are over priced and I stopped ordering them as they are small, dry and many times burn't. Who every makes them with a celery flavour rocks, but instead of individual price, they should also be sold in maybe 6 pieces for a better price and more care taken so that they are dry and overcooked and burn't.

Only thing I've noticed during lunch take out for Fiesta week, the food is awful. Cabbage rolls and perogies aren't any thing sold on Sunday. The quality of the foods is lacking to make a quick buck.

I stopped in on Sunday to grab some takeout for dinner. The food was fresh and most of all very tasty. The cabbage rolls were flavourful (I have no idea what that other review is all about), the pierogi were also very good.
I will definitely be back many more times to enjoy this hidden gem.

Who can forget all the Polish memories, some good...some a bit traumatizing...but hey, that's childhood!
