Stayed on March 14,2017 booked directly with hotel but they price matched online rates therefore we received a great deal!!The women who checked us in around five very nice efficient..room was very clean a bit of draft from window room 228 so heat kept coming on(costly for motel)loved the heated bathroom floor a lot of newer motels dont offer but for the price it was great wish it was summer as I plan to return..hallways could be a bit brighter and some plaster work in room soon needed.Clean smelling beautiful toiletries offered and I think they were made local(bravo management if using local goods). The breakfast in the morning was great..lots of selection and cozy..The older lady who checked us out next day asked if any problems..not a one..for those people who had concerns head to the Hilton..Thanks for the restful stay..see you in the spring!!:)

If you want something close to the bridge, clean, affordable with ample parking it is a good place to sleep for the night while travelling. Doors are a little thin and you can hear what's happening in hallway, but other than that it was o.k.

Stayed here for two nights around New Year's Eve. This is an older hotel that has been updated over the years. It is quaint, cozy and has interesting character. Though, accessibility may be an issue. The beds and pillows were comfy and clean. Unlike many older establishments, the rooms were pretty quiet, other than the slamming of doors to rooms adjacent to ours.

One highlight for families, is the pool with the large water slide. Make sure they'll have a lifeguard on duty during your stay or the water slide will be off limits.

We actually stayed here about 15 years ago. At that time they had a broken hot tub. But, as a part of the renovations to the pool area, the hot tub was eliminated.

The continental breakfast was pretty decent - more than just cold cereal and toast. The make your own waffles were pretty good. There was also some fresh fruit, yogurt, and hard boiled eggs.

The staff and the location were the best things about the hotel! The rooms and elevators were out of date and in need of serious upgrades. The refrigerator, tv, beds, and decor were all out of date. The room was clean though, and the bed was comfortable as well. The swimming pool was an added surprise along with the spa. Those were not out of date lol. Breakfast was jus ok. Overall, I would consider staying here again if in a crunch.

In Sarnia for an overnighter. Hotel was warm, cozy and clean. The location was perfect. Staff are polite, helpful and very friendly. Room was warm, cozying and a nice surprise was a heated bathroom floor. Free serve yourself morning breakfast even included a waffle maker. Would recommend highly.
