My wife and I have travelled a fair amount and stayed in quite a few hotels and bed and breakfasts over the years but Arise N Shine tops them all. The owner/host Joseph is one of the nicest people you will ever meet and just happens to make the best french toast you will ever have. He was so accommodating and helpful in explaining how we can get to and from some of the city's landmarks. Away from the wonderful service, Arise N Shine is also very quiet, clean and close to everything the city has to offer. We cannot recommend it highly enough. Great price, Great room, Great everything !!! Thank you Joseph.

Room tip: Quiet, clean and comfortable :)

Just a short note to say we fell in love with Arise and Shine B&B in the Beaches area of Toronto.
area - lovely hospitality – we immediately felt at ease and the room/suite was perfect.

Breakfast was a favorite- best fruit salad I have had for decades and the Omelette was without fault and most tasty.
Close to all attractions and many excellent bars and places to visit

Joseph was an excellent host!
Cannot wait to return

I am an older single woman who was passing through Toronto to move my daughter. I stayed here for two nights. This has to be the cleanest place I have ever stayed in. Parking is only available on the street and Joseph had a parking permit ready when I arrived. I took the Queen St. street-car down town and back one evening which was easy and quick. I had the fruit bowl for breakfast one of the mornings and it was delicious. Joseph is available for any requests. What a lovely gentleman. Strongly recommend, a 10 PLUS!

My husband and I just spent three nights in this spotless, quiet and conveniently located B & B in the Leslieville neighborhood of Toronto. We stayed in the upstairs room with en suite bathroom. It was a great place to stay due to it's location and it's knowledgeable and helpful owner, Joseph Long. He cooks a mean omelet, and is a very helpful host. We will definitely stay there again when we come to Toronto.

Stayed here for business and was extremely impressed. The location is very convenient to transit (Queen St. Streetcar) and in a fabulous neighbourhood (Leslieville) - convenient to great restaurants to the west and the beaches to the east. The house, rooms, and bathroom are spotless. The fruit bowl starting breakfast is generous in both quantity and variety, and Joseph's poaches eggs were perfectly cooked. I would not hesitate to stay here again if I'm fortunate enough to have more meetings in the area.
