There isn't a great deal that you can say about High Street Fish and Chips Toronto. If you are in the vicinity of Lawrence Avenue East and the Don Valley Parkway around mealtime, you could do a lot worse than to head there for Halibut and chips. If you are into mushy peas, you could do a lot worse. I always take home a Mowbray pork pie which is as close to the world-famous Melton Mowbray pork pie as you can get in Toronto. We drank Irn Bru (Scottish soft drink) $3.95 and suggest that you be sure to sure to try the brown sauce. All of the main dishes come with bread, butter, homemade tartar sauce and lemon. We shared Halibut (premium Alaskan, sustainably wild caught) - Halibut ~ two and a few $28.25 and Coleslaw… creamy dressing $2.15.
