The front staff are great! They do their best to help you when there are any concerns. Was under remodel while there and would not have known if had not seen the remodel materials in the underground parking. Would recommend for your next stay in Regina.

Stayed 2 nights and both were really nice and relaxing. Room was nice and a/c worked tremendously. Stayed cool the entire time. Bathroom is a little small but adequate. Bed is very comfortable. Stayed right in front of elevator and never heard a sound. Even had 2 outlets besides the bed so I didn't have to use my extension cord. Impressed.

Got a fabulous stay, front desk upgraded our room from two doubles to two queens, free.

Easy to get to & has a parking tower.
Big pool with slides and a weight room.

I would definitely stay there again.

Stayed here as convenient walk to new stadium for Friday Night football game. Reception was fast and courteous for parking and room. Good size room on 21st floor. had the Saturday buffet in restaurant, great fresh made omelettes and good selection of other breakfast food. Have stayed at other hotels in area to go to games and for the extra $20 approx. feel the Delta is worth staying at again.

Being a Delta Hotel perhaps my expectations were a little high.

The lobby is is fresh and up to date however the room not so much

Elevators were a rough ride and terribly slow to arrive !

Rooms are extremely small and in desperate need of upgrading carpets were stained and tile grout in bathroom looked on the black side. if you were travelling with more than two people the standard room would not work well at all

Parking is located off site ( on the next block ) and there is typically a charge for it I believe around 15.00 and a fair walk to the hotel from the parkade so if your carrying your luggage its quite the walk. because we signed up for the rewards program they comped the parking for us and as well comped us the buffet breakfast ( only with signing up to the rewards program )

The buffet breakfast was amazing and I would highly recommend the Omelette station

Room Tip: get a larger room if travelling with more than 2 as rooms are small

It is our commitment to ensure that we always give our best and exceed our guest expectations but this time, I am sorry that our rooms did not meet your expectations. We are almost done with our first phase of renovation and the second phase will be done from December onwards. But i assure you that when you come to us next time, do let us know and we will ensure that you stay in our modern renovated rooms.

It is also great to know that you enjoyed your time in the restaurant and liked the quality of food.
