We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and modern. We had a night cap at the bar and the service r was absolutely. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone! This hotel will be my new go-to next time I visit Regina.

Best place I’ve stayed in Regina. Nice large room, comfy bed, awesome service and a good on site bar and restaurant. Location was good being downtown and the warm chocolate chip cookie upon arrival was great. Only negative is paying for outside parking in a lot right on a busy street.
I'd had disappointing experiences at other Regina hotels. I think I've found my new go-to when work brings me to Regina! The room was clean, well kitted out. The hotel is centrally located. There was a Starbucks a couple of blocks away.
The exercise room had an ergometer as well as lots of treadmills.
We were in for surgery for my wife. The staff gave us the medical rate stay which we very much appreciated. The accommodations were very clean. The staff made us feel welcome and appreciated our business.
Our stay was excellent in every way. The parking garage was super convenient with an elevator and luggage racks that we were able to get all of our belongings to the fifth floor easily. Our rate was negotiated by our team, and it included breakfast at the buffet each morning. This was by far the best breakfast in any hotel that our team has stayed in. It was delicious, fresh, and had lengthy operating times that suited most schedules.
The room was very spacious with a private balcony, clean and comfortable beds. Bathroom was exceptionally clean, zero complaints. Rooms were quiet and no noise could be heard from floors above. The keurig machine in the room worked well and we had an ample supply of coffee and decaf. More creamer was delivered upon request. A good size mini-fridge in the room kept our drinks cold.
The entire hotel was stunning with many places to sit and relax with friends in the lobby. As well, the app check in, and keyless card to access the rooms and elevators from the app were very convenient. Would 100% recommend.
The hotel was nice and our stay was good but we stayed when it was -40 out. We paid for parking for our truck that doesn’t fit underground so we could plug it in. We went to start it in the morning and it turns out the plug we paid $17 to plug into didn’t work! We had to get a friend to bring a generator and we ended up leaving 3hrs later then we intended. The front desk lady said all she could do was refund our parking. It never was refunded back onto my credit card! We could not leave the hotel as we had to watch the generator. By this time it was 1 o’clock and we hadn’t eaten. They had buffet on for $27 a person! We are not big eaters but it was to cold to walk anywhere and we couldn’t leave the generator so we’re forced to pay that for us and our friends or not eat! Nice hotel aweful customer service!
