Complete mall where you can get everything you need. Grocery, department store, boutique, restaurants, movie, hardware, coffee shop. The time we were there thou, The grocery lacked cashiers for some reason. Only a few cashiers were open, hence the queue was a mile long.

Time : 2.30 pm Friday 9 March 2018 , So I visited the Robinsons supermarket in this mall . The purpose of my visit was to purchase some kiwi fruit . I selected 12 , at 35 peso each , total price 420 peso . As required the assistant bagged them and labelled the bag , so I walked towards the checkouts to pay . Alas , it wasn't to be so simple , i think there were about nine checkouts , I forgot to count , however only three were in use and they each had a queue
of about twelve people stretching far back into the aisles . I momentarily monitored the progress of movement of those waiting , it was some four or five minutes for each customer so I quickly realised that completing my purchase would entail approximately one hour waiting to be through the till . I decided it simply wasn't worth the wait and
returned the basket and fruit to the display / label area . I suggested they bring more tills into operation at times of demand resulting in long queues for service and was given a somewhat lame reply that some people were at lunch . I asked if I could talk to a manager but was told there was no manager around . . Deryk John Rutherford .

So far as of this writing, this is consider the biggest and largest hotel in butuan, Second to the Gaisano mall with a mix drygoods and foodstall. Robinson mall has on going expansion of its building, the carpark before was a northwing mall now, occupied of some boutiques and food-stalls for easy access of the customers. Also additional cinema house to accommodate all movie viewers and fanatics.

I love robinsons malls. This mall in particular is roomy and has the good stalls in it. You can try all the restos here in 3 days coz there are limited establishments. The staff here are nice, helpful and polite.
