Excellent location for early morning flight with parking. Room was modern and well equipped. Public area very large, plenty of seats with food available. Bar OK, but overpriced. Comfortable nights sleep, followed by outstandingly good full English breakfast, with high choice of items. Checkin and Checkout went very smooth.

Room was very cold on arrival, tried to alter the thermostat in room, this proved to be impossible
Phoned reception 3 x before this was rectified, by a member of staff stating it was broken, they had to set the temperature, so we were advised not to touch the thermostat.

So we then couldn’t adjust when we wanted to sleep

Room was clean and comfortable, good shower

We had dinner in the restaurant, staff were very pleasant and professional- food was very nice

Breakfast was a big disappointment.
Cold food, sausage synthetic, scrambled eggs just yuk, even the coffee was cold.

We would stay again just because of the hotel’s proximity to the airport and the car parking facilities

We have stayed at Hiltons Gatwick hotel which is far superior.

For a new hotel they need to get their act together

Room tip: Great for car parking and easy assess to airport

Stayed here one night before a flight . Check in was efficient and room exceptionally clean with everything you would expect, particularly a great shower and bathroom . This hotel is newly built and every effort has been made to reduce noise , both inside and out . We could see planes taking off from our room window, but never heard a thing all the time we were there .
Our evening meal was good, with prices you would expect at an airport hotel and breakfast was self service with a very good selection .
There is a covered walkway between the hotel and airport and it took us just over 10 minutes with cases and a 5 year old in tow . We will certainly stay there again .

Very pleased with my stay, slept like a baby
Rooms are very silent cannot hear any planes either land or take off

Nice breakfast included, friendly staff

Fast check in and check out.
Would recomendations!!!!

I have stayed at this hotel more than 40 times and always found it adequate. On this occasion I arrived before the 3pm checking in time, I was advised that there is a £10 'early checkin in penalty' or I can wait until 3pm and not pay a penalty.
If a room is available its available don't penalise a customer for arriving early. Due to this incredibly short sighted stand I will not be staying at this hotel again. Good riddance.

Thank you for taking the time to share a review. I am sorry that you felt is necessary to post a review regarding our early check-in fee. This is standard practice around the world; as check-in is from 3pm, there is an early check in fee should you wish to arrive early. Having stayed here over 40 times, I wonder are you aware of our Hilton Honors loyalty scheme? Our top-tier HH status guests have their early check-in fee waived due to their loyalty, next time you stay we will be more than happy to get you signed up so you can start being rewarded for your loyalty.

I hope you will reconsider your decision and let me know if and when you chose to stay again so we can take the necessary corrective action and have you leave a satisfied guest.
