We bought the overnight with long stay parking as it was the cheapest option. We included the D&B package which although an initial outlet saves you money in the end and even if your flight is so early you think you wont be able to face breakfast they have take away cups on request & you can grab some fruit for the airport.
We were given paper directions to the parking and it was clear and easy to find.
It just takes all the hassle out of a early flight and will defiantly be using this place again if we fly from Stansted in future

I arrived late due to my incoming flight and also had the wrong date on my booking but the staff were fantastic finding me a room and reducing my stress levels ! Annabel who is the restaurant manager was absolutely brilliant organising breakfast seating and ensuring food on the buffet was freshly cooked. She was so pleasant. Although the rooms need a bit of updating, they are comfortable and clean. The bar staff were also excellent

Very welcoming staff, good facilities and reasonable prices. For budget travellers there is McDonalds next to the hotel. Otherwice kitchen in hotel is great. Conection to airport is also good: the bus is going twice an hour.

We stayed on Sunday 11th and arrived about 5pm. It was quieter than the Gatwick one though in the morning there were a lot more cars in the car park though it had still felt very quiet. The staff were all excellent as usual. Our son had been poorly and my husband asked if we could eat in the room. As the food arrived, one waiter grabbed two trays and the waitress had tin foil for us to keep it warm. We dashed upstairs where our son crashed out and actually the food, fish and chips, was surprisingly good. We checked out before 5 and found our way to the other car park very easily - just follow the signs to the long stay car park. When you check in to the hotel, you need to ask them to validate your car park ticket for the Premier Inn car park and you just put that ticket in the exit slot so you don't need to pay for that night.
