Excellent restaurant at their hotel. Food was fantastic. The best food I've had in France.
Split a single fixed price tasting menu and it was excellent. With a few bonus rounds thrown in, it was more than enough food.
Started with an excellent sparkling wine. Then a salmon mousse served with a slice of Neufchâtel cheese. Then smoked salmon on toast. This was followed by Apple sorbet served with Calvados Apple liqueur.
Next came a salad with a lot of bacon and more cheese. A steak with green beans and potato. One more salad. And a apple tart for desert.
Every bite was a dream come true.
