We stayed for a weekend while we were in the Hunter Valley for some wi e tasting. The staff at reception were very friendly and efficient.

The Queen Villa however was not so great. Upon entering, it had a very stale, musty smell. The bed was VERY hard which meant we didn't have a great sleep.

Another thing I found strange was that they don't provide a hand towel. Just bath towels and a face washer.

The other thing was that it was noisy. We could hear the people next door talking or watching TV.

With a bit of TLC this place could be great, but for the price we paid, not worth the money in its current state.

Blood stained comforter on the bed, stained, dirty carpets and furniture. Water would not drain in the bath. Food stains in the kitchen and dust everywhere. Outside in the room
Courtyard there were cigarette butts everywhere. The pool was dirty and grimy. Very unhappy. Couldn’t wait to get home and have a clean shower to wash the hotel dirt away.

Bring just a short walk from where we were staying at the Wine Valley caravan park it was an easy choice for dinner. The whole place had a huge amount of character from inside out. The meals were nice and the beer brewed on site. I tried the ginger beer and some local wine. Overall a nice spot with heaps of character for a night out.

Good portions, lovely food! Kids had plenty to do with the colouring in pack with there kids meals (great size for older kids!), and outdoor climbing play gym. We had a lovely lunch with more then enough food! Will be back again.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit, the beds were very comfy, unit was basic but clean and was quiet though we did stay on Sunday night. The food at the brewery was amazing, would definitely stay again.!!!
