My husband and I had dinner at the Ristorante Bassetto and we both agree that the food, service and ambiance of the place was amazing. The food is very authentic and full of flavour. The staff were friendly, helpful and great in giving suggestions about local food that we should try. The produce is all sourced locally and the food is fresh and home cooked. The best food we have had during our trip to Italy.

Setting can be definitely improved, but the food can not be better. Try the fresh buffalo mozzarella, ham and if in season ovuli mushroom salad. Pasta plates any of them, being all of them just the best you may get. Leave room for desserts, they are worth

Wonderful food! The staff and the food are excellent! I spent two weeks sampling their meals and every day was a new surprise for my palate! The chef rolls out the pasta every morning during breakfast! Everything is made and served fresh!

Food is ok given the location, country style ambience and nice manager Louis makes it a good experience

The restaurant looks a little dated and gives you a little bit the feeling that you are in a feeding barn. However as often is the case this is where you can find the good stuff. So if you like Italian food (and even if you don't) and don't mind the ambiance that much you very likely will not be disappointed. Keep in mind however it can be very busy, which is adding to the barnlike feel.
