The room is very comfortable and spacious,
The service is very satisfying...all the staff are also very friendly,
The food is delicious,
The pool is beautiful and not slippery.

Hotel nice but it is not one for holidays as they hold conferences here so we were unlucky that during our time here we were disturbed. Their focus was on the people attending the conference. During breakfast the whole dining room was set up for the conference and they allowed smoking where they shouldn’t be. The noise level from the music from the bar also went on beyond midnight. Unfortunately our room facing the sea also had bars which played music until one o’clock in the morning and one had the constant noise of traffic.

This hotel was giving good service , room was clean and comfortable , nice hotel to stay in Senggigi, location is good, easy to go anywhere , close to the beach , many taxi in the front .
Only negative was no include breakfast and room size quite small .

I went to Lombok for business trip, my team booked me a 5 stars hotel here in Senggigi. The hotel is actually okay, but i just dont feel it, so i browse around and find Aruna Senggigi. I called and instantly booked for 2 nights.
Aruna is a very nice hotel, it’s build between seashore and a hill, so i can get both views — which is lovely. Their service is exceptionally good. They decorated my room with personalized messages and pictures — even they print out my dog pictures too. It was a very thoughtful surprise. The staffs are great and friendly. Very sincerely helpful. I am definitely coming back.
