Overall, I thought the stay was great, the location was a short drive to many beautiful beaches with good snorkeling and cheap and yummy warungs. The breakfast was absolutely delicious at the hotel each day, and the staff was extremely accommodating. However, the rooms arent actually soundproof and you can hear your neighbors, and they can likely hear you. Aside from that though loved the hotel and would stay here again.

Nice service, good room. Minor cupboard so far, if you need hairdryer and prayer kit you can request for it. Maybe for the honeymoon decoration can be better if gives more flower and name of the guest

I and my friends sleep one night in one room and you have an extra bed. It's very good for resting, but the air conditioner isn't cold enough that friends set it on the remote, it still can't cool down because it's far from the bed where the air conditioner is, the breakfast is very good and lots of it. prepare

部屋がとても綺麗でスタッフも親切です。朝食も美味しかったです。ここで年越しましたが、カウントダウンイベントもあって雰囲気が良かったです。
Absolutely great facilities and vibe. The staff is extremely hospitable and friendly. The breakfast and the dinner they provide taste really good. They also had a wonderful new year event on the new year eve. Had a good time here and 100% recommend Montana when you visit Senggigi.

Accidentally the glass for toothbrush in toilet was felldown then when the time we check out the guy in F.O told us to pay about IDR. 25K for one simple glass in toilets which is redicuilus its like realy they taking corruption of it..we try to ask em to make discount but but they keep say cant it management then finaly i told em i refund it back with same glass which is i can get that glass in shop arround 5K same Quality. N they try to get my ID card as warranty n in the end i talking to other guy n they just ask my phone number.

Your feedback is appreciated as we notice you also very happy with the quality of Hotel rooms , delicious foods and other discounted price we had given during dinner . Our review so far, when guests broke the hotel amenities such as glass and found it was OK to pay the affordable price to compensate it, as the guests understand every stuffs has it own specification with the cost incurred during procurement process. Our Team also never done this kind of issue to do corruption as the cost to pay back is set by the Management . Thus, the comparison is not in similarity and the price to pay back is very cheap .
