This tour is one of the must-have in Galapagos and Isabela was my favorite island. As the best tours in galapagos, Its a 45min boat trip untill there, and can be very bumpy and wet. But totally worth it. We saw a lot of huge marine turtles, blue footed bobbies and different shark species. Some tips that can help you plan your trip:
- While in cloudy days, rather do the 11am tour. More chances to have sun and the visibility gets better.
- Look for the operator of the tour. We went with the operator CACTUS with the naturalistic guide Sebastian, and we strongly recommend. Sebas is very passionate about the nature life in Galapagos, know all the details about the island story and species. and he's also very careful about nature and people. He was very kind and patient with my mom - that doesnt know how to swim - and other tourist with special mobility conditions.

Los Tuneles were interesting to visit. The best part was the nearby snorkeling, however. Giant sea turtles, sea horses, white-tipped reef sharks and many other fish. Incredible experience.

Perfect experience! It is a maze and you get there by boat. So much to see, over the tunnels and under water. From giant turtles to blue footed boobies! MUST DO!

We did a day tour to Los Tuneles. The Tuneles cannot be reached by a big boat so only small boats can go. This means it's not the most comfortable trip out there. We payed $140 for our tour, which I thought was way overpriced as we got Way better tours for the same price.
We did see alot of animals including the blue footed booby and the fur seal. Snorkeling we saw giant turtles and sharks. The water was quite murky and freezing.
There are better options if you have limited time. Kicker Rock was much more impressive.

We took the dingle from our boat and sail to there!
The way is amazing, thus you sail besides huge cliffs.
The water color is wonderful and the view unbeliveble!
