This a traditional restaurant. The menu is not very large as they are specialized in the roast lamb and pork (piglet) in a traditional wood oven. If you phone to book a table, you have to say if you will have a roast. Lamb ribs with fries is a good option for children. 'Castilian soup' (sopa castellana) is a good stater in winter. I recommend salad in the summer (do not expect anything sophisticated). 'Ponche segoviano' is a typical dessert, a kind of cake made with eggs and very very sweet.
