Had a great dinner at this establishment with my partner. We ordered theCajun Pork skewers and garlic bread as starters- delicious! For mains we ordered the blue cheese and prosciutto pizza and the papperdelle pasta, both very good indeed! Lovely atmosphere and highly enjoyable!

We chanced in this restaurant on a spur of the moment. Very glad we did!
The menu was short (it gets changed seasonally)and that ticked the right box as it is usually synonym with fresh. Our dishes were delicious and i particularly enjoyed the feta and spinach souffle'.
Our servers were nice and careful being friendly without overlooking serving standards.
Nice atmosphere with dimmed light, quite a lot of customers without looking crowded and bar tables to dine on as well as the regular ones.
Well done! We'll be back :)

Their winter menu had just been introduced and we were encouraged to try the pigs cheek and fig jus plate, it was outstanding, the flavours were well balanced and left you wanting more! It was a cold wet evening and this was comfort food at its best. My husband wanted his steak 'blue' and thats exactly what he got, I had the salmon with fried gnocchi. We enjoyed it so much we went back the following weekend and enjoyed the same dishes! Great wine selection and friendly staff.

Better half and I out on date night , dinner and movie (after all we are hitting our 60's real soon) . Just wandered in of street no booking on a friday - one of the few remaining restaurants in downtown Mount we haven't eaten at yet. Place was very busy - only couple tables left. Good welcome by waitress . Nice cosy atmosphere without being to ostentatious. seats about 50 - booth seating , tables and bar high tables. Both good food and wine menu selections . Shared a Leek , pear & Goats cheese tart & walnut/rocket salad for starter - yum . She had the Lamb rump and minted avocado - perfectly cooked rump and I had the vegetarian Risotto also perfectly cooked, paired with a good Italian Sangoviese - bravo. Skipped desserts this time - bit couple interestingly looking options. not your usual run of the mill fare which was great. More quality over quantity and very well presented. Service was smooth throughout, even had the owner Jeremy come over for a quick chat. Well priced tasty food and good service - what else do you want from a restuarant. Good hip restaurant with a great vibe about it. Would I return - absolutely , probably bring a couple of friends next time.
