We couldn't fault our stay. Lovely, clean and comfortable cabin we stayed in for 2 nights.
Knowledgeable and friendly staff.
We didn't travel with kids but we were there during school holidays, it appears like it would be a great place for families with lots of activities.
Easy 15 minutes walk along a flat path to the beach.

Amazing clean camp kitchen with gas pizza ovens plenty of seating power points and fridges. Even kettle and toaster microwave and oven.
BYO untensils and pots/pans.
Cozy communinal camp fire with wood supplied
Smaller unpowered camp sites then other parks it’s no issue if your smart about your set if you have larger tent/van.
Also more bbq area by the play equipment and the newer amenities block.
Great place for kids with the cart hires, mini gold and pool. How ever no shade over kids area for thoes hot summer days.

There is Iga few mins drive away and also they sell necessities in the kiosk/shop at reception.
Nice walk to the beach from the park via gate acess.

G'Day Petra T and thank you so much for your great review. Glad to read you liked our well stocked camp kitchen and the kids had lots to do. We will take on board your comments around the shade during summer. Look forward to having you stay at Discovery Parks - Gerroa again in the future.

One of the most friendly well presented parks that I have stayed. I choose the motel accommodation this time around. Has all your basic needs with a clean and well presented room. Modern bathroom and we'll stocked kitchenette.

The location is perfect to local attractions. The price was very good for on peak.

The amenities around the park are clean, well presented and family friendly. Even on one of the busiest weekends that I was there during my stay the place was a hub of orderly activity that was non intrusive.

The discovery park staff are welcoming and very friendly. I was greated with an itinerary of local events and activities so that I could make the most out of my stay.

I highly recommend this park as it's one of the cleanest most organised and well established.

Just a beautiful experience. Quality and comfort for money.

Ladies at the reception were great on our arrival, they provided lots of local info and very accommodating. We stayed in a Spa Villa and were very pleased, bed was comfier than our own! Loved the private BBQ and amazing view of the river, met some great people and staff at the fire pit. Gerroa a must see! See you in August.

Our intention was to find a place for a weekend at Kiama but acting too late this was the next best option and I am glad it happened that way. We got to see the Gerroa area for the first time. The resort surroundings are just beautiful.

Staff were very friendly and also explained that the cabin we booked were just a few months old. The cabin was right next to the river, plenty of space and everything was almost brand new. Because of this, I think we got the most expensive cabin category but it was still quite reasonable I thought.

Beds were great. The kitchen and living are was also generous in size. We had an enjoyable experience.

Room tip: Cabins have different builds and age. Newer cabins are more modern and more expensive but closer to water it seems.
